EVORA joins CRREM’s founding cohort of Accredited Service Providers

Author

EVORA

CRREM has become the standard tool for transition risk assessment in real estate — used across portfolio stranding analysis, net zero pathway design, and SFDR reporting. As adoption has grown, so has the need for consistency in how the methodology is applied and how results are communicated to clients.

The CRREM Foundation is addressing this through a formal accreditation programme for service providers. EVORA is part of the founding cohort — fourteen firms that participated in the development of the accreditation framework through a series of structured group dialogues with the CRREM team.

CRREM analysis is embedded in EVORA’s transition risk work: stranding assessments, decarbonisation strategies, and fund-level reporting mandates. Our involvement in shaping the accreditation standard is a natural extension of that.

More detail on the programme is available at crrem.org/partners/asps. If you’d like to discuss how we apply CRREM in practice, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
