EVORA Global Welcomes Ben Rouncefield-Swales as Global Head of Data Operations to Drive SIERA Software’s Data Innovation and Transformation

EVORA Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Rouncefield-Swales as its new Global Head of Data Operations. With over 20 years experience working in sustainability, energy management and data in the built environment, Ben and his newly formed Managed Data Services team will play a crucial role in EVORA’s continued expansion and the development of the SIERA platform.

Ben will hold overall responsibility for the collection, transformation and validation of real asset data for EVORA’s SIERA software clients, Advisory and Strategic Advisory delivery teams. Ben will also oversee the growth and development of our Managed Data Services team and be responsible for our data partnerships and external assurance offering.

Ben’s diverse professional career spans strategic consultancy, engineering, technology, energy supply, brokerage and metering giving him a unique view of data availability, data requirements and data flows across the industry, both client and consultant side. This exceptional experience gained during positions at AECOM, Inenco Group, Inspired PLC and Optima Technology amongst others, will prove invaluable in his brief for best-in-class data quality and automation in EVORA’s SIERA platform. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and a Batchelor’s degree in Chemical Process Technology from the University of Leeds.
