Over the past year, we’ve implemented meaningful changes to improve the way we work together – many of which have come directly from internal feedback. EVORIAN Voice, our engagement survey launched last year, has been a key part of this, and with our partner Culture Amp, we ensure it remains confidential while gaining insights that drive action.

Our All-Hands meetings, divisional town halls, and ongoing conversations with leaders across the business are all part of a broader effort to strengthen communication at every level. It’s not just about keeping EVORians informed about business updates, it’s about understanding everyone’s experiences and fully appreciating the work being done every day.

Celebrating EVORians is at the heart of what we do. From professional development opportunities and well-being initiatives to moments of pure fun – like decorating pancakes and biscuits or our friendly Christmas group photo competition – our goal is to create an environment where people thrive.

And now, we’re excited to introduce the monthly EVORIAN Awards to shine a spotlight on the outstanding contributions of our team members. We encourage everyone to celebrate each other’s achievements more publicly and recognise the incredible talent within our business.
