The Solution
EVORA Global applied the AA1000 assurance standard and reviewed the data together with the principles contributing to an effective and robust reporting. Assurance covered several funds involving different asset class sectors (hotels, offices, residential, retail and healthcare). Data collected by Bouwinvest and property managers was reviewed, sample tested and verified to evaluate trends and test accuracy.
