As an independent sustainability consultancy, we understand all the issues and responsibilities you’re facing, and through our holistic approach can deliver an end-to-end solution tailored to your specific business needs.

Here’s how >

A continuous approach to sustainability performance

Monitoring and reporting

With many years’ experience collating and validating energy and environmental data, we can better understand your organisation’s performance and help you make informed decisions, set meaningful targets and identify key performance indicators.

ESOS: What's next?

With the first compliance deadline of 5th December 2015 behind us and the next not until December 2019, does this mean you don’t need to do anything for the next few years?

Absolutely not!

Don’t let the cost of ESOS be a wasted overhead. EVORA can help you convert the energy saving recommendations identified in your ESOS report into real cost reductions for your business. From our experience there will be a number of low-cost improvements that will pay back in less than a year and, if finance is an issue, we can provide finance solutions that will deliver positive cash flows for your organisation.

Contact us now to understand how you can convert your ESOS report into real savings for your business.

If you think you might have been required to comply with ESOS and you haven’t done anything yet, don’t panic. Call us now and we can help you assess if you need to comply and support you through compliance.

The MEES factor

The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) will make it unlawful to let buildings with the two lowest EPC ratings of F and G from April 2018.

The UKGBC has stated that MEES is “The single most significant piece of legislation to affect our existing building stock in a generation.”

If you’re affected, we can help – by collating and analysing your EPC data, and working with you to provide a practical and cost-effective solution to mitigate your risk by helping you improve your EPC ratings.

Dark Wall Background

We selected EVORA because of their clear understanding of environmental legislation and their ability to convert legal commitments into environmental opportunity. This has been especially true of their proactive approach to CRC management, which has taken us out of Phase 2 of the scheme.
