To lead this strategic growth, the company’s Associate Director for CRS, Marianne Fabius, will be relocating from EVORA’s London office to New York to assume the role of Vice President and Head of North America Consulting.
Marianne brings nearly six years of experience from Europe, where she’s been a driving force behind the climate resilience team and worked closely with global clients – including many in the US – on their decarbonisation efforts. Her move signals EVORA’s dedication to growing its expertise in the North American market.
EVORA’s Climate Resilience Services offer tailored solutions for real estate owners and investors to address climate change and regulatory challenges. These include tailored strategies, action plans to cut risks and boost decarbonisation, GHG accounting, energy audits with clear recommendations, and climate risk assessments.
