Lendlease Italy SGR Achieves Remarkable Results Four Years in a Row leveraging EVORA’s data capabilities

The Challenge

Lendlease, an international real estate and investment group founded in 1958 and listed on the ASX, is known for shaping vibrant, connected communities and delivering award-winning urban developments.

Operating across Australia, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, the company manages funds and assets for some of the world’s largest real estate investors and delivers essential civic and social infrastructure.

Lendlease’s Italian Asset Management company began operations in 2020, completing its first GRESB submission in 2022 with EVORA’s support.

For the GRESB 2025 submission, Lendlease’s ongoing commitment to sustainability continues to drive high GRESB scores for all Italy based Funds.

Our Approach

EVORA supported Lendlease Italy SGR in its GRESB submission through the following activities:

• Standing Investments: Reviewed tenant engagement activities, reviewed data coverage and confirmed quality of performance data via our own data management platform, SIERA.
• Development: Conducted an analysis of each development project to evaluate the extent and modalities to which sustainability considerations were fully integrated into the planning, design, and construction phases.
• Management Section: Performed an in depth review of all group policies in place, commitments, and procedures to optimise results in this area according to the GRESB scheme.

Key Outcomes

Lendlease achieved an outstanding five star rating for all its Italy based funds.

Notably, two out of four funds received a perfect score of 100/100, with all four funds outperforming the Peer Group Average. Lendlease MSG 1 (Italy), Lendlease Renaissance I, and Lendlease MSG Heartbeat funds achieved first place in their respective peer groups.

The latter two have been recognised as both Regional and Global Leaders.

These results are a clear reflection of Lendlease’ commitment to delivering sustainability excellence and long-term value.
