Virginia Valentini

Sustainability Consultant

Virginia started working for EVORA in April 2018.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from McGill University, Canada and a masters’ degree in Environmental ethics from King’s College London. With her dual Italian and French nationality and her international experience, Virginia is looking to contribute to EVORA’s growth in Europe and globally. As a BREEAM Associate, a Fitwel Ambassador and an upcoming PIEMA member and WELL AP, Virginia has developed and is continuously acquiring further expertise in real estate sustainability and she is expert in GRESB and compliance reporting, client’s data analysis as well as energy auditing, monitoring & targeting. Virginia speaks five languages including French, Italian, Spanish and Russian.

What are your main responsibilities?

I am mainly responsible for assisting European and UK clients with any type of consultancy they might require, whether it is for auditing, energy monitoring, GRESB assistance, compliance, Environment Management Systems and CRC reporting, etc.

What’s the best part of your job?

No two days are the same as a consultant at EVORA! Through the broad range of services we provide to our clients, my role is extremely diverse and I am presented with many opportunities for growth and personal development every day.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

Having been surrounded my whole life by musicians and artists in my family, I wanted to be a singer / actress / dancer! (I am still not sure which one of the three really, perhaps all of them at once?). As I got older, I decided to keep those as hobbies and focus on saving the world! (Ok, that is a bit of an overstatement. Join the fight against climate change is more appropriate!)
