Junior Sustainability Consultant
Before joining EVORA in January 2020, Thomas graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BSc (Hons) in Geography and an MA in Politics and Communications. During his studies, Thomas wrote his dissertation on the seasonal evolution of subglacial drainage systems within tidewater glaciers and how these are affected by Climate Change. His results demonstrated the significance of an increasing global temperature and the need for sustainable solutions
What are your main responsibilities?
My main responsibilities include the completion of energy and sustainability audits, BREEAM assessments and GRESB.
What’s the best part of your job?
To be working within a company that is full of genuine, likeminded people who are passionate about environmental protection and the reduction of climate change impacts. Contributing to innovative projects that really make a difference is very rewarding
What book are you currently reading?
I am currently reading Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind. An incredibly fascinating book that genuinely makes you look at the world in a different way and puts everything into perspective. Would recommend this book to anyone that is wanting a thought-provoking read on the history and future of humanity
