We generally adopt the structure of an Environmental Management System. This is an internationally recognised best-practice framework which we can develop to meet the ISO 14001 standard.
We utilise materiality assessment, peer analysis and stakeholder engagement, as appropriate, to ensure the sustainability and organisational context is fully understood.
Importantly, we tailor our approach to ensure it’s relevant for each client and aligned with their business strategy and objectives – at an organisation, portfolio or individual building level.
We’ve supported many organisations in developing sustainability policies and programmes which have enabled them to achieve year-on-year performance improvement – including , Schroder Real Estate, Deutsche Asset Management, Hines and Rockspring .
