Core Responsibilities and Skills Required

Core Responsibilities

The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with the other Product team members to create the backlog by translating of business/user
    needs into technical requirements.
  • Working with the Product team to define criteria for testing and user acceptance and coordinating beta
  • Work with Dev team to come up with estimates, assess dependencies and challenges.
  • Researching new tech trends to optimise product creation and provide recommendations.
  • Evaluating integration options, mapping integration plans and managing technical partnerships.
  • Active consultation of clients and users and design workshopping, as required.
  • Consultative role to advise on expansion of other areas of the team such as customer success and
    user support.

Essential Skills

The right candidate must have the following essential skills:

  • Proven experience of software product management.
  • Knowledge and experience of the real estate market.
  • Familiarity in tech stack, APIs etc.
  • MSc or equivalent academic study.

Desirable Skills & Requirements

The right candidate may have the additional preferable skills:

  • A proven capability in working with agile principles.
  • Experience of working in a software business.
  • Experience in using agile planning applications such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience using prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma or Balsamik.
  • Experience in having conducted effective user research techniques.
