We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to support one Board Directors and the SIERA Department. This is a varied and exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who has the drive and passion to make an immediate impact on a fast-growing business.


EVORA is an independent, pan-European sustainability consultancy specialising in the commercial real estate sector. We also have our proprietary sustainability management software, called SIERA. Our clients include Schroder Real Estate, Standard Life and Deutsche Bank.

Core Responsibilities and Skills Required

Core Responsibilities

The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Personal Assistant Support:

  • Act as the central coordination point between the Board Director and other members of the Board.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Manage the diary of the Board Director by organising meetings and appointments.
  • Book and arrange travel, visas and accommodation for the Board Director.
  • Experience of small event management.
  • Manage small projects independently and follow-up with team members where required.
  • Support the Board Director in managing and administering internal projects.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments.
  • Liaise with clients and business guests on behalf of the Board Director.
  • Liaise with the SIERA team on behalf of the Board Director.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
  • Collating and filing expenses for the Board Director
  • Reminding the Board Director of important tasks and deadlines
  • Review and format office365 materials (PowerPoint, excel, Word).

SIERA and Strategy Team Support:

  • Provide professional and flexible administrative support to the SIERA department.

Essential Skills

The right candidate must have the following essential skills:

  • Graduate of higher education
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • PA support experience
  • Proven independent administration & clerical skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time-management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion & professionalism
  • Excellent written and spoken English
