Core Responsibilities and Skills Required

Core Responsibilities

The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data management, supporting in the collation and analysis of large UK and European environmental data sets for blue chip clients using our proprietary software, SIERA.
  • Regularly liaising with client property management teams to ensure data is collected in a timely fashion
  • Monitoring responses to data requests and reviewing data quality
  • Working with the EVORA client teams to resolve client issues / clarification requests
  • Manipulating, analysing and interpreting data sets relating to energy consumption, water consumption and waste management
  • Liaising with client property management team to identify reasonable explanations for patterns and trends in data sets
  • Providing training and guidance to new client property management teams

Desirable Skills & Requirements

The right candidate may have the following desired skills:

  • Second language highly desirable (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish)
  • Relevant experience – intern or permanent
