We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant to support two Board Directors. This is a varied and exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who has the drive and passion to make an immediate impact on a fast-growing business.

Core Responsibilities and Skills Required

Core Responsibilities

The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the central coordination point between the 2 Directors and other Board Members.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Manage the diaries and schedules of the 2 Directors.
  • Experience of small event management.
  • Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas.
  • Draft correspondence, media elements and other public-facing documents.
  • Liaise with clients and business guests.
  • Support the Director of Europe with the international expansion of the business
  • Manage projects independently and follow-up with team members where required.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments.
  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management.
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Essential Skills

The right candidate must have the following essential skills:

  • Graduate of higher education
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Executive support experience
  • Proven independent administration & clerical skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time-management
  • Second European language is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion & professionalism
  • Passionate about ESG issues
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously
