We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Client Implementation Manager and work with the Global Head of Service Operations to build a new function within Evora. This position offers a very exciting opportunity to make an impact and help build team processes from scratch.

In role you will:

• Work with the Global Head of Client Operations to help develop our Client Implementation process, ensuring flawless operational execution of our SIERA mobilisations activities.
• Lead the full lifecycle of our client’s SIERA mobilisation projects including; requirement gathering, platform configuration, implementation of data automation, data acquisition, training, and defining support procedures.
• Serve as the point of coordination for all client deliverables within the Operations teams. Ensuring that no team overlooks any critical steps or information in the client implementation process.
• Help build a project management approach that will support the delivery and monitoring of our Client Implementations.

Do you have the following essential skills:

• Experience in Client Delivery and Real Estate
• Strong Project Management experience
• Ability to build processes from inception and/or identify key areas of Improvement
• Strong leadership, customer service, quality control and organisational skills are essential.
• Excellent generalist computer skills and project/development software, such as MS project, JIRA, ZenDesk or Zoho.
