We conduct a detailed analysis of consumption records, carry out a thorough on-site investigation of mechanical and electrical plant and equipment, and review the level of environmental compliance. This comprehensive approach enables us to provide practical and meaningful recommendations to reduce environmental impacts and improve on-site procedures.
We’ve developed our own unique sustainability benchmark to provide comparability between similar properties, taking account of both on-site practices and the environmental impact of the site using recognised benchmarks (Carbon Trust, BBP, CIBSE etc.).
This consistent approach across comparable assets gives a clear understanding of environmental performance and an ability to track improvement over time.
