EVORA EDGE offers a comprehensive project management service. We will oversee the whole process of refurbishment and mechanical and electrical services upgrade from design to specification and implementation, ensuring that the scope of works is sufficiently detailed to comply (and maximise the benefit of) any regulatory requirements.
From initial concept to practical completion we will manage each stage of the process taking responsibility for target dates, the quality of work, verification of satisfactory completion and commissioning. Throughout this process we will provide regular client updates and briefings, bringing visibility to what can sometimes become an opaque and convoluted process. Post completion, we will also manage the handover together with any ongoing monitoring to ensure operational performance is measured and assessed against the predicted performance.
We are experienced low carbon consultants and project managers and have the benefit of our own in-house environmental management software (SIERA).
This allows us to monitor and optimise the performance of any improvements – delivering maximum value for money.
