What are your main responsibilities?

I am responsible for programme managing multiple key client accounts. These programmes incorporate nigh on the full breadth of the services we provide, including: environmental management system/strategy development and implementation; building auditing / improvement programme implementation (e.g. energy/water, health and wellbeing); building certification (e.g. BREEAM In-Use, Fitwel); data collection, validation and management; sustainability reporting (e.g. GRESB, EPRA, INREV); and other topic specific advisory services (e.g. health and wellbeing strategy development and implementation, science-based target setting etc.).

What’s the best part of your job?

The best part of the job… Corny but probably when you successfully (and honestly!) steer an organisational or individual towards a decision that genuinely delivers a more sustainable outcome.

What book are you currently reading?

Recently finished The Psychopath Test by Jon Ronson. Thoroughly recommended though you’ll never look at your family, friends or colleagues the same again… well some of them!
