Associate Director

Louise has been with the team from our early days. She is experienced in delivering pan-European sustainability programmes that are bespoke and client specific. Key to this is her ability to navigate the challenges associated with implementing sustainability initiatives across a wide range of stakeholders.

What are your main responsibilities?

My clients are a mix of those that are at various stages on their sustainability journey. For those just starting off the key is to get all stakeholders involved so they can really have ownership over the success of the sustainability programme. For those with established sustainability strategies its key to continually set the bar higher and set themselves out as sector leaders.

What’s the best part of your job?

Being on the front line of driving forward the sustainability agenda for organisations. In my day to day role I really feel involved in producing tangible results that ultimately benefit the environment.

Where is your dream holiday destination?

Hiking and camping overnight in the Alps. It gets pretty cold at night up there but the breath-taking views and stars at night by far make up for it.
