We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Sustainability Consultant to support our growing professional sustainability consultancy team. Core Responsibilities and Skills Required
Core Responsibilities
The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, completion and write-up of operational building level environmental and energy audits
- Provision of monitoring and tracking consultancy to assist EVORA clients in the management of post-audit improvement management programmes
- Environmental and energy management System development support
- Manage large environmental data management programmes coordinating multiple parties
- Monitoring and analysis of energy consumption data
- Client management
- Building certification services team which include BREEAM in Use, WELL and Fitwell
Essential Skills
The right candidate must have the following essential skills:
- Environmental and Energy Audit Experience for commercial buildings
- ESOS Lead Assessor Registration (desirable)
- Detailed understanding of UK environmental legislation
- Highly articulate and numerate
- Strong people skills
- Advanced IT skills
- Degree or Masters in related subject & membership of an appropriate and recognised professional body (e.g. IEMA registered Environmental Auditor)
- Fluency in French German desirable but not essential
- BREEAM in Use Assessor and/or WELL Accredited Practitioner status desirable
