Operations Assistant

Janine joined EVORA in March 2021 after assisting the German office as a contractor. She has more than 10 years of experience working as an Assistant and Office Manager in various international companies and sectors – from High-Class Hotels to Investment Banking and Real Estate Corporations.

What are your main responsibilities?

I am supporting the German team and Philippa Gill with everything operational and with everything else that comes up. This may include scheduling meetings and creating power points but also finding innovative and efficient ways to keep the office running, the team motivated, and our clients happy.

What’s the best part of your job?

Being a go-to person for the team in whatever respect and finding creative solutions to support them.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I always wanted to be a race car driver. A lack of sponsoring (and maybe not quite the talent that I would have needed) made me realize that I needed to find some “real” work which I found at the legendary Nürburgring. So I guess I was close enough.

Degree in Management for Tourism & Leisure,
Certification in Change Management
