Business Analyst

Isioma joined the team in December 2019. She has been a Digital and Agile Business Analyst for 9 years with experience working on technology-related projects at different market sectors.

Isioma has a sound knowledge of Business Process Modelling, Business Process Re-engineering, Gap analysis, Stakeholder Management which has been essential in bringing about successful software implementation and business change. She has a track record of acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to deliver change.

She is extremely passionate about teamwork and meeting project deadlines as well as business analysis benefits and is currently in the process of completing her IIBA certification.

What are your main responsibilities?

I am responsible for gathering business requirements using a variety of techniques, including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, brainstorming and questionnaires. I liaise with stakeholders representing multiple workstreams to shape and define product requirements, and I work closely with the dev team to define the user journey and ensure consistency with base-lined requirements.

My responsibilities also include writing BDD user stories and Acceptance Criteria with Product owner, ensuring user journey is consistent with multiple works streams, creating sequence and flow diagrams to assist business users and developers fully understand product requirements, and resolving business requirements conflict between product team.

What’s the best part of your job?

Being part of something that is greater and bigger than me. Impacting change and making sure the business needs aligns within the scope of the project.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

Growing up I wanted to be a barrister / adjudicator.
