GRESB Support
Providing unparalleled GRESB Consultancy. We provide a complete solution using our sustainability software, SIERA, to support your submission.
At EVORA, we are leading GRESB experts, supporting clients since 2011. In 2022 we completed over 233 submissions across the Real Estate, Development and Infrastructure assessments. We have an intimate knowledge of the GRESB survey and scoring methodology, including developing bespoke ESG strategies that will maximise your GRESB score, but moreover, deliver value to your investment strategy.
EVORA can work with you in a number of ways; from completing a GRESB gap analysis to full submission management. We help a broad range of clients, from those wanting to get on the GRESB ladder to veteran and peer group leaders.
A hands on approach.
We provide a fully managed solution to ensure your GRESB submission accurately and fairly reflects your approach and aspirations to ESG. Once we understand your GRESB position we can develop a roadmap to identify improvements in future years that align with an entity’s investment strategy.
A framework approach.
Real Estate: The Performance section of the Real Estate survey is worth 70% of the overall score. We can help you to develop and implement a framework approach, with a data management solution that aligns with the GRESB survey. This sets out a clear plan to improve future GRESB performance, aligned with your overall organisation investment strategy and ESG objectives. SIERA has a bespoke GRESB module that interfaces directly with the GRESB portal to transfer asset level data seamlessly.
Infrastructure: Due to the diversity and scale of infrastructure assets the infrastructure scheme adopts a materiality approach to categorising ESG issues determining priorities and score weightings. Understanding this and structuring your responses is key to achieving a successful submission. The scheme also differs from the real estate survey in that the management section and performance sections are weighted 40% and 60% respectively recognising that the sector relies on are still developing effective ESG management processes. EVORA has a comprehensive knowledge from across the wide range of infrastructure classes and is therefore well placed to advise participants on effective GRESB reporting and in developing improvement programmes to drive ESG delivery within operating assets.
We’re proud of our success.
For the fourth year running, we were proud to support Hines pan-European Core Fund (HECF) to achieve 1st position of all diversified funds globally. In 2020, we gained average scores that were 9% higher than the GRESB average.
