What are your main responsibilities?
Overseeing the key areas of HR and the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to development, benefits and remuneration, to helping EVORA uphold its core values.
What’s the best part of your job?
Talking with and getting to know people, who always have inspiring skills and stories tucked up their sleeves, whether that is through coaching or collaborating on projects and processes.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I decided at a relatively young age that I wanted to be a newsreader. Probably influenced by my childhood babysitter, Helen Rollason, who went on to become the first female presenter of Grandstand. Suffice to say that didn’t happen, although I did appear once in a BBC World Service programme.
