What are your main responsibilities?
I am responsible for programme managing key accounts to help our clients improve their sustainability performance and add value to their assets. This brings in advisory services across sustainability strategy and reporting, environmental management, building auditing/improvement programme implementation and the associated collection, validation and management of data to analyse performance and improve results.
What’s the best part of your job?
I’m lucky that I’m passionate about a subject that is so topical – you only have to open a newspaper or turn on the TV to see a story on energy policy, tackling climate change or impacts to health and wellbeing. Helping organisations address these topical issues on a day to day basis is enormously rewarding.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
The truth is when I was about 8 years old when I grew up I wanted to be a farmer during the week and a pearl diver at weekends. Farming came from my Dad but I have no idea why I wanted to be a pearl diver (?!)
