What are your main responsibilities?
I have many! My biggest responsibilities are to our clients and our staff and to build trusted long-term relationships. For me, this starts with ensuring we uphold our values. This flows through all I do including recruitment, business development, finding partners, developing our strategy and leading the team.
What’s the best part of your job?
I love my job. I love the fact we’ve created something and to date we’ve been blessed with its success. My favourite part is meeting people, finding ways of working together and building relationships. I also love creating things so being involved with the development of our software, SIERA has always been very engaging.
What book are you currently reading?
I read a lot of books but rarely all the way through! I generally read business books but currently I’ve just been reading ‘Dispatches from the front’ by Tim Keesee. It tells incredible stories of modern day Christian missionary in dangerous and war torn areas around the globe. It’s inspiring stuff!
