The Building Log Book is the single document in which key building energy information is logged.
The building owner must be issued with information about the building services to help them operate the building properly and efficiently.
EVORA EDGE can prepare building log books in accordance with the Chartered Institution of Building Engineers (CIBSE) guidance document TM 31 Building Log Book Toolkit.
Log Books will be produced in hard copy and electronic format and are designed to be complimentary to the operating and maintenance manuals.
We can also provide training for the building manager on how to monitor and analyse the energy consumption figures required within the building log book.
Our engineers are all CIBSE registered Low Carbon Consultants familiar with implementing CIBSE guides and with Part L of building regulations. We have document templates that simplify the preparation and production of the log book.
