Barend joined EVORA in July 2021 to focus on improving the way EVORA services its global client base. With over 13 years’ experience working directly with customers in a multitude of industries, he brings a wealth of experience in customer set up and relationship management.  

What are your main responsibilities?

Creating and implementing a world class Customer Success department, optimising our customers’ journey and experience on our platforms, and scaling Customer Engagement and Retention.

What’s the best part of your job?

Working with people, sharing ideas and collaborate on successful outcomes. And of course happy clients!

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I always wanted to be a veterinarian, but have now ended up with 2 full time Ragdoll fluff balls.
